I am 22 years old, 5'10", medium frame, and 136 lbs. I have smoked since I was 14. According to an Ideal body weight calculator I should be between 166 and 184 lbs. If I were to quit smoking would I reach my ideal body weight? I have heard that smoking can keep your weight down and I am tired of being skinny.
