I'll be 20 at the end of the month. 3 months ago I was 160 pounds. At 5'5" and 142 pounds, I feel great. Everyone has noticed how much better I look and its given me great encouragement. My goal weight was between 130 and 135 pounds which is considered ideal for my medium frame but I've been at a standstill for almost 3 weeks now. I know I can still lose the next 5 to 10 pounds because I can see that I still have it. Im determined to reach my goal weight by the end of summer but I don't want to cut my calories any further because im already only eating between 1200 and 1400 calories a day. I run at least every other day but my asthma prevents me from running far. Does anyone know why I would have suddenly stopped showing progress? And does anyone have any tips for me? what should I be eating and what types of exercises should I be doing?
