Lucky for you - there are so many cereals (look for bran only or 100% whole grain), breads, that are 100% whole grain - make sure you see that label specifically; there are now also 100% whole grain pastas; brown rice, bulgur, quinoa, wheatberries, sweet potatoes are all great for you. Gluten free would be well tolerated so - seek those products out as well. You can certainly have de-cafffeinated coffe and herbal teas (regular ones have caffeine) and I'd obviously steer clear of most sodas.
so shoot for 3-4 fruits daily, 5 servings of salad/veggies, 2 servings of fat free dairy, about 6-8 ounces of protein, 3 - 4 servings of "breads" and a few small servings of healthy fats (nuts, olive oil, avocado). Of course - exercise daily.
