how do you widen the forearm, on the inside and outside of the forearm?
i am young and have only started doing a ROUNDED workout this summer (i was doing only bicep curls and pushups since february). i include pushups in my everyday/every second day workout and tricep pushups/overhead presses sometimes. NEED TO STRENGTHEN WRIST EXTENSORS/FLEXORS AND BRACHIORADIALIS. (started hammer curls a while ago, results not too satisfactory.) i am also diabetic and only have access to dumbbells. (don't go to the gym)
