Calories to eat and burn

Hi, I'm an 18 year old girl, my weight is 137 pound and I'm 67 inches tall. I would like to know how many calories I have to eat and burn to be 125 pound in a month, but do it in a healthy way. thank you

I would target a 1500-1600 calorie diet with lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, veggies, non fat dairy and small servings of healthy fats (like nuts) and add a walking program or exercise program of 30-60 minutes 4-5 days/week.  that should get off 2 pounds a week - which is the "healthiest and most sustainable " weight loss.
