Hello prabodh,   Just dont leave any of the muscle groups out and make sure your doing enough exercise to use up that wheigh in a good way. Drink lots of water. STRETCH! Sometimes body builders tell you not to stretch. This may work to bunch up your muscles but it is very unhealthy. So you can choose for yourself. Eat an otherwise healthy diet...
