HELP, why is my fitness regime not working?
I run on a treadmill at 5% incline 4 days a week followed by 20 on a stairstepper, 30 min crunches with strength training, and 2 days a week I use the stairstepper or 60 minutes and 30 min crunches and strength training. I dont eat fast food and cut sugar out of my diet. I drink 11o oz of water a day. My only downfall is I snack on peanuts and sun flower seeds...im addicted. I cant lose weight, I am gaining it. What am I doing wrong? I think I would lose weight easier if I went back to eating fast food. I am 32 yrs old...female. What should I do?
