Q: How to gain weight from the waist up

I am a female, 37 years old, 5'4" tall and about 124lbs. In school I was in sports year 'round and was able to keep weight on my chest area. Now many years and 4 kids later I can't keep weight on from my waist up but mostly in the chest area is where I have the most trouble. I walk and do steps, lunges, squats, sit-up etc. daily to try to tone from the waist down. I also watch my calorie intake. Any suggestions on how to gain from the waist up?   Dusty
