I have been dieting and exercising for a couple of weeks now and I was wondering if one cheat meal a week would still allow me to lose one to two pounds per week. I have been eating about 1200 to 1400 calories a day and I workout six days a week. Is it a bad idea to even think about having a weekly cheat meal?
Absolutely, go have a cheat meal. It does a lot of things like help with motivation and you are less likely to binge later. The once a week cheat meals will help you be even more successful with your diet.
