Well, it is important to know that you want to work out you abs (you know, in front) and the obliques on the sides. Crunches are great. Just be sure that you are not feeling it at all in you back or neck when you pull up. To avoid this, squeeze har with your abs the whole way up. Dont do it every day either...your muscles need considerable time to recover from strenuous work. For the obliques, do the crunches, but instead of going straight up, bring left elbow to right knee, right elbow to left knee and squeeze with the muscles on the sides. Remember to work the lefts rights and fronts evenly. Let me know if you have any questions or get bored of that and want something else. Let me know how it goes.
Good luck!
