I want to let you know one thing. You will have to change your speed once your weightloss stops. You should 300 calories more othetrwise you will lose muscle not fat. have 3 meals with protein, salad and a small amount of carb- as much as your palm ( one piece of bread, or 1/2 a potato) and 2-3 snack, yougurt, apple, protein shake!. You are burning approx 400-500 cals im guessing. I burn around 800-900 calories. You should start weights with your weightloss, because muscle will make your fat burn all day and all night long and your results will be more permanant.

I started out a size 18 and i have 2 kids im now a size 10.

I also do hard intensity, I dont believe in slow and steady, i have had personal trainers and they made me almost piss myself thats how hard they made me workout. Now i just workout hard. i do 7.0 speint on treadmill, level 14 onski, level 12 on step and weights, i lift 20 lbs per arm. and my arms everything has shrunk and im not bulky, im almost the same size when i got married!!!

trust me, if you step it up your weightloss will be quicker! It took me 5 months to lose 60 pounds, but make sure you watch your diet eat every food group and limit carbs to 3-4 servings a day and eat your fruit, more vegtables ( cooked or raw) protein more if your weight lifting. you should have 4 servings including the protein shake. you are working your muscles hard by walking too, protein will feed your muscles and make you workout better and have more energy!!!!

good luck, tell me how it goes, if you need any free taebo or hiphop abs
