Q: i am a 49 year old woman and carry lots of weight on my stomach

I am a 49 year old woman who carries a lot of wight on my stomach.  I have started jogging for wight loss and eat a healthy diet but recognise that i need to use exercise to focus on my stomach - any suggestions? only problem is i have a balance problem and therefore cannot lay flat on my back or drop my head in any direction.

First, you need to times your ideal weight by 10. For an example; if you want to weigh 150, than you times that by 10 and you get 1500. That means you get to eat 1500 calories a day. Wii fit for the wii offers many things to obusely get you fit! They have yoga(doesn't hurt), fitness (lunges...etc), aerobics(hula hoop is the big one), and balance exercises. If that doesn't work (but I sure it will)you should try to go to your local gyms where they will make a cuztimized plan just for you! I hope I helped! Reply
