What is a healthy eating plan to steadily lose weight for a twelve year old? And excersises?
Im 12 years old, I get my period and recently Ive lost alot of weight by cutting down my eating and getting lots of exercise. I still think Im fat though, but my mum is being really strict and making me eat more than the rest of my friends because she thinks im anorexic, but I still eat plenty and am not looking unhealthy.Today she took me to a doctor who said I was fine, but shes obsessed. What is a good eating plan so that she will be happy but I can still reduce body fat? Also do you know exercises I can do every night to tone my lower body? I have fat legs.
