I did this too...it's known as a "plateau" stage. It will pass, but here's how I got over mine.
1) take a look at everything you're eating. Hidden calories can add up, so maybe a little less creamin your tea, or a bit less cereal for breakfast?
2) Try upping your exercise level to 1 1/2 hours a day. Maybe a brisk walk before dinner. Or, you can increase your pace. Walking at a slightly faster pace can burn more calories.
Make everyday activities into mini exercises. Climb stairs, swing your arms while walking, walk farther to the grocery store, etc.
Before you know it, you'll be at your goal!
