Hi,

Okay, I know you might want to lose weight fast, but keep in mind that fast weight loss is never permanent. You need to start thinking in terms of losing 2 to 3 pounds a week max. The running part is great! Keep running at least 3 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. Also add some strength training 2 to 3 times a week, this really helps with weight loss and tones your body at the same time! Aim for 30 minutes of strength traning on alternate days. (visit self.com for some great exercise ideas)

Also drink lots of water, this will help you lose a few lbs in the short term.

Keep your diet healthy, fruit, veggies, lean meats and low-fat dairy.

You should see results soon!

Do you realize that one pound of fat is about 3,500 calories?
