Q: If I have been exercising 6 times a week,& dieting why cant I lose weight?

I have now joined weight watchers to monitor exactly what I eat, because it does not add up, more output, & less input should = a slimmer me. In fairness I have changed shape, & my clothes are loser, and I know muscle weighs more than fat, but to be healthy I need to lose the fat, that seems to sit on top of the muscle I am building.
