Q: I think I have an allergy. Can I still have surgery?

I am scheduled for surgery with general anesthesia tomorrow. I think I have an allergy as I have a slight runny nose, mild sore throat, itchy eyes and dry cough. Symptoms have lasted six days and have not worsened. Mucus is minimal, watery and clear. Will I be allowed to proceed with the surgery under these conditions?
