Q: My little brother is only 12 he wants to know what he should do!

My little brother is 12 is 5'3 and weighs 138 he wants to lose weight what should he do? I told him he don't need to lose weight just lose his excess fat!! So what should he do?

Hi Again, Heather,

 

Your brother is very young, but it is never too early to establish healthy habits.  Remind him that he needs to eat a balanced diet and get at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day. If he keeps that up, he should be able to keep a healthy weight.
