I have been exercising for the lst 6 months.I quit smoking 3 months ago and put on about 7lbs.
I have increased my exercise from 3 days to 5, but I an not seem to drop the additional pounds. I can't say for sure it is 7lbs, it coudl be more, I am afraid to get on the scale. All I know is my work clothes are getting tighter and tighter. Soem pants that I coudl wear 3 months agao, don't fit? I watch what I eat carefully. Veggies and protein. Recently I have tried to really cut back on the carbs, but still can't get into my clothes. I really am getting discouraged. I never used to exercise and was excited to get in shape and lose a little weight, but instead I am gainning? Please help!
