Q: I need to lose 35 lbs. and keep them off,.

 I mean which way should I go with all this different diets & exerc. PLEASE HELP!  I am 36 yr I want to quit smoking and lose 35 pounds and keep them off. I know a some exercise and a diet would start me off but I don'tknow where to start....

Hello Mogley,

 

To start we have a wonderful place to go to help you quit smoking. Then, a good bet would be to join a gym and try to frequent it as much as possible. Hiring a personal trainer, at least to start with, is probably a very good idea as well. Next there are tons of healthy diets, you just have to choose the one that sounds the best for you. think about what foods you like, (some wont appear on any diet) you may be suprised to find some diets will let you eat all sorts of stuff if it is in moderation or not combined with other 'unhealthy' options.
