Q: am I in a diet plateau?

I have lost 120 pounds in 2 years. I have gained 15 pounds back. I exercise 6 days a weeks, 6 days of cardio and 3 days of weight training. I am in a diet plateau, how can I break it and could my diet plateau be because I am 30 and metabolism is slowing down?

You should start writing down everything you are eating and see if you are adding more calories back into your diet that you might not realize you are adding. I am currently at a plateau and I'm also struggling with trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. I just increased my exercise and I am writing down my food again.
