Topics:trouble losing weight

I have had difficulty losing weigt over the last 3-4 yrs.  I have been watching what I eat, the amount I eat and I exercise often, 2-3 times a week.  I know muscle weighs more then fat but I don't seem to be losing the any inches and I also feel tired the more I exercise. Could this be a sign that something else is wrong?
