on a typical day i do 1-4 hours on the elliptical trainer, barring illness.
i might do 1/2 hour on the treadmill too.
i also do a minimum of 150 crunches on >67lbs on an ab machine,
as well as >120 squats with 5lb weights in each hand.
i record all my intake/output and 9 times out out of 10 wind up in the negatives as far as calories go, but im actually gaining weight.
not "muscle weight" but actual fat that i can see/measure.
i eat a lot of fruits and veggies and try to stay away from processed foods- what am i doing wrong?
