gaining weight

on a typical day i do 1-4 hours on the elliptical trainer, barring illness. i might do 1/2 hour on the treadmill too. i also do a minimum of 150 crunches on >67lbs on an ab machine, as well as >120 squats with 5lb weights in each hand. i record all my intake/output and 9 times out out of…
