I want to diet to lose the fat i have on my tummy.
I work out.. A LOT. and play soccer, volleyball, tennis and swim competitivley.... my legs are like.. ALL muscle.. very little fat.. i have pretty much NO butt and all my fat goes to my tummy.. and some of it is actually abs.. (covered by fat). I am 15 and 9 months... and about 5'6'' and approx 150.9 :( BUT, i KNOW most of it is muscle..and i want to look thinner.. how can i do that? what excersizes? foods? help please
