what would the ideal weight be for me to use when working out i weight 148lbs and im a 22 male

I would also like to know what kind of foods and vitamins help me gain mass and strength i don't seen to go over 150lbs so i figure stay at 150lbs but i want to be a solid 150...I'm slim  any answers for me?????
