always eat breakfast. i like a piece of 12 grain bread with peanut butter (no jelly) for breakfast. its easy to take with you on your walk to school or on the bus and it will keep you full until lunch.
If they give you time for a morning snack, eat something light.
never skip meals. It might sound weird but eating several small meals throughout the day will help you lose weight faster than skipping meals. if you dont like school lunch, try bringing something healthy. packaged foods are no good. dont resort to french fries and chips for lunch. i know a lot of kids do that but its really bad.
eat a fruit or healthy light snack after school and get some exercise. run or play a sport or jump rope or something fun outside.
eat a light dinner but DO NOT skip meals. try not to eat fatty foods.
Don't eat late night snacks. if your hungry eat a fruit or veggie snack.
remember that youre very young. I dont know how heavy you are but be careful not to get too skinny. youre still growing. at your age its typical to feel much heavier than you actually are.
omg u r exactly like me im about to be 12 and im kinda fat and i dont eat breakfast eather this is no lie i know exactly how your fealing !!and i want answers also!!so what im doing right now....i just realized that i need 2 do something about my weight so im looking up diet ideas and making a list to do everyday and if its not on the list then im not eating so HEAR ME OUT!I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!

hey im abby and i weigh 125pounds and 5foot
i know it is pretty heathy weight but all my friends
weight under 100 some under 85 so i find my self
lying about my wieght. I dont what to do because
when i bring it up to my mom that i want to loose like 10 pounds she says Im not fat and then we stop talking about it. and i doubt i can do it alone unless i want to make my own dinner every night.
so what should I do???
