I am 58, 205 lbs. 5' 6", I get flushed and overheated when walking (indoors) or using elliptical, even during water exercise. My adrenals are not working correctly. Normal blood pressure. Normal blood sugar. If I reduce calories, metabolism goes to basement. Suffer from mild-medium fibromyalgia.  I had read some[lace about thermal heat vs. burnng calories?? I worked out 5 days a week and dieted for 4-5 months lost 20 lbs.
