Q: How can I loose the weight that I want?

I do everything to loose weight. Things such as workout 5 times a week and eat a healthy diet. I don't starve myself, I eat healthy. After all this hard work I find myself feeling no better or at times worse then I did before my diet. I used to not be able to gain a pound, then I gained 10... I tried the Atkins Diet for a week and it was successful but then I stopped losing weight on it and just gained it back. I use weights at the gym and I know that muscle weighs more than fat but I know that my problem isn't the muscle that I am gaining. What do I do?Please help!

Maybe go to your doctor or a nutritionist. 80-90% of our diet is what we eat but it also depends on the person and how there body works. What works for others my not work for you. So you must know exactly how your body really works and work with that. I know it may be frustrating but some of us just have to work harder at it than others.
