how do you lose thigh fat?
I want to have skinnier thighs but can't seem to lose the weight off them
Please help . :)
Hi at,
Contrary to popular belief fueled by informercials it's not possible to target fat around a specific area such as abs and your thighs.
If you are determined to lose fat you must combine cardio, strength and proper nutrition so that your body can burn fat.
When it comes to your diet, It's really simple, weight loss is mathematics. Your body must burn more calories than you consume. To calculate the ideal number of calories go to the link http://www.foodfit.com/tools/w8calc/default.asp and try to stick to this number of calories.
Once again, you must do cardio and incorporate strength training specially working out the legs. The 2 best exercises are squats and lunges. Strength training allows you to build more muscle mass as this will enable your body to be an efficient fat burning machine. Go to http://www.aarpfitness.com/personal_training_online_trainer.aspx and check out the leg exercises including how to perform squat and lunges. Remember Diet + Cardio + Strength is what you need.
Keep us updated, you can also include before and after pictures. All the best!

If you are eating healthy foods and exercising regularly, then it comes to a point where we just have to accept the wonderful body and body type we were given. There is no way to spot reduce so embrace your good health and know that thinner thighs is not the answer to happiness. Having a healthy strong body is more important and if you have muscular thighs you are so fortunate to have legs that can endure hard work outs!
