Hello arms,   It must be difficult to maintain everything with diabetes resting on your shoulders but there are diabetes healthy diets. The exercise is very important and you should keep with that even if it doesnt seem to be doing anything or gets "too tough." Along with the exercise try to cut down on carbohydrates as much as possible. I assume you have good control of your sugars, but remember carbs as well. They, if not used right away, will build up in your system. You will have to get creative with your diet but you can do it. There are millions of options out there, you're just going to have to spend a little more time than the average joe looking for them. Best of luck, Sorry about the delay...
