Q: What's the best hormone replacement therapy in your 30's? Struggle with weight, tiredness, etc.

Need to find a better hormone replacement therapy solution.  I have tried the pellets (very few dr.'s approve these), but they are very expensive, because insurance doesn't cover them.  I have struggles with my weight over 6 years now.  Due to many problems beginning at 30, I ultimately had to have a hysterectomy at 34.  I am a fine dining server and need energy.  I also have no sex-drive.  I can't sleep either.  Does anyone have a good solution to hormone therapy at my age without costing so much?
