i am just obisy i want to loss 10kg with in 3 months my diet is break fast is 2 roties with curry and lunch is full meala after lunch i was sleeping atleast 2 hours and eve i take one cup of tea with 4 milk buiscuits and i played 1 hour shuttle and my dinner is 2 roties with curry after that a take one cup of boost this is my diet and exersise please suggest me what is the requirements of my daily routine
