Hello rorunla   To gain a little extra weight, try working out with weights. At first you may lose even more weight but eventually, as long as you getting plenty of protein in your diet, youre muscles will grow and you will gain some of the weight back.But remember to eat healthy. dont try to binge eat in order to gain weight, that is extremely unhealthy.
