Are pcb's only in the skin of salmon, and where are the omega-3's--skin, flesh, or marbled fat?

Omega 3s are the specific kind of heart-healthy fats found in the fatty parts of the fish (also found in flaxseed).  Or experts feel you can safely take fish oil capsules and get the same benefits.  PCBs can be found in a variety of fish and we may also be injessting them directly from plastic containers and other plastic products that we use.
