So sorry you are suffering right now. I had this very same treatment. I took evening primrose capsules at night, and flaxseed oil too. It helped a little. The only thing that seemed to help was cutting out drinking, and taking an anti-inflammatory. The injection is always more intense at first, so maybe it will mellow out in a few days. If it is really too awful, as it was for me, my docs suggested surgery to deal with it once and for all. still on the fence on that one. Feel better!
