Been there done that!  From experience you must, must talk to your doc. about ostheoporose. Due to that lupron depot medic. taken years ago, I now must take some other drugs for osthe.. It is one of the big side effect. Be worned, take some calcium vitam. as soon as possible.   SOLUTION FOR ENDO.   Now, I have found the cause of my endomet... probleme. I always wondered what caused it, with no answer, I discovered something totaly not related that SOLVED all my endo. problems. Had I known that before, all the agony I would have SPARED MYSELF!!! + Surgery, treatments, expensive medications   Get on a GLUTEN FREE DIET, it's a tough process to convert to all gluten free, but it's very possible and it will save you the pain, the loads of symptoms the endom. causes will vanish!! I can promise you! The swelling of the intestins causes all sorts of defect to organs besides them, therefore glands suffer from being squeesed resulting in a malfunction; as simple as that!   You won't have to take medication, won't have side effects, and will eat so much more healthier. The difficult part is the complete conversion, as their is gluten in every modern food. In it's nature, food is ok, ( apart from wheat itself) but everything that has been processed by human, contains some gluten. Doctors wont agree and will still recommend wheat, for the fibers: IT WAS KILLING ME.! No more fibers from wheat for me, and I'm in a very good shape, no pain, no medic. other then vitamines for ostheop... because it took me too long to start the prevention.   Hope I can help, good luck.
