Q: excercising 5 days a week, have not lost weight. Am I doing something wrong?

I've been excercising and eating better for the last month, I have not lost a pound yet. Am I doing something wrong?

Well no, you arent doing anything wrong but it is not good to exercise the same muscles two days in a row. Maybe you could try having protein shakes for breakfast. Other than that, I don't see whats wrong. Hope this helped! Good luck!
