Q: Healthy female, age 48, H=160 cm, W=122, BMI=21, % Body Fat=37%. How can I get the body fat down?

Click on the "diet center" and find an eating program that works for you.  You want to lose 1-2 pounds per week and "keep it off."  a walking and exercise program will help to nudge the weight off.  It's one day at a time with habit changes that incorporate better eating and more exercise.  There's no magic - just a desire to lose weight sensibly.
