I am 20 yrs old, 5 foot 7 and 215 pounds, I had my son one year and some weeks ago but I never lost the baby weight and then added on to that weight as the year went by. What can I do? I desperately want to lose weight. Please help!
The things that I've been reading on weight loss have been really discouraging. They make it sound like now that I've gained weight, I'm doomed to be fat forever!! I need a foolproof way to lose weight. I am willing to do a diet and exercise plan, I just need some guidance!! Btw, I am wanting to lose 60-80 pounds.
