I've lost weight and I'm trying to keep it off.

I work out nearly every day (6 days a week) and I've been watching what I eat, but it's so hard to keep my portions right and I'm constantly hungry. I've lost nearly 40 pounds and only need 5 more. I do mostly cardio (running about 3-4 miles) and I lift weights twice a week. Are there any tips on filling foods, portion control, eating slower, new exercise ideas, and recipes that people who have lost weight and kept it off would like to share?
