I work 10pm-6am fve days a week. Go to school full time for nursing and hit the gym everyday for an hour. but the problem is im not eating at the proper times. whats the best schdule to eat and lose

weight? i know u have to eat breakfast everyday, and exersice and get 8 hours of sleep but im just not scheduling everything right and fitting everthing in. work in a hospital as a cna so its pretty heckic. So where do i start to get onthe right track and start losing weight?
