i excercise 6 times a week its pretty intense but my weight stays the same what should i do

Shake up your routines - do something different everyday - maybe add some kickboxing which really uses your core muscles and involves your obliques as well.

 

A well balanced diet with fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins like egg whites, fish, soy meats, white meat/skinless, fat free dairy products, small servings of healthy fats like olive oil, avcadoes, nuts and be really portioned control with your whole grain/high fiber grains.
