Q: How can I level out the highs and lows of a new workout routine?

Starting working out and improved my diet. The end of week one 1 was full of energy and feeling great. The end of week two I am low on energy and fell like I need to use the bathroom every hour. How long does it take for the body to adjust to a new lifestyle? Are there any ways to ease the transition?
