what is the difference between rosuvastatin,simstatin and atorvastin.
These are the different cholesterol lowering drugs. Which is better? Aren't all statin drugs the same?

Each statin has its own set of side effects and some seem to work beter than others for individuals. I'd talk with your doctor to find out if there is one he prefers, find out why and see if that works for you. Doctors do have preferences and each drug has its own mechanism of action.
