110lbs??

my daughter weights around 110 pounds. she doesnt look tha big for her height. is this an ok size for a 11yr old mediem scale girl??

It's probably fine.  The thing with 11 year olds is that they will get taller.  You don't say how tall she is and that's necessary in determining ideal weight, but don't put your 11 year old on a diet or worry her with whether she is overweight or not.  Just imagine her growing up to be 5'5" (average).  She would need to gain weight to be healthy, so she has plenty of room.  Her weight will fluctuate a lot as she gets older and hits puberty.

Absolutely right; 110 is likely heavy on average for her age, but its ok because 1) other girls will gain more weight later and 2) it is not that heavy
