Husband refused to take any vitamins or dietary supplements unless Dr. Dean Edell recommends them! He is 51 y/o, his dad died at 51 from multiple heart attacks. He will take an occasional baby aspirin.
I'd call in to Dr. Dean's show or ask his doctor to make the recommendation.
