Q: Fitness after a Hysterectomy

I am 32 years old, had a roboctic Hysterectomy 2 weeks ago. Doctor gave me the all clear for cardio, but no weights (more than #10 lbs) for 8 weeks. I prev worked out 5 days a week, 30 min cardio and 45 min weights each day. Right now I am doing 1 hour 15 min of cardio 5 days a week. What will happen to my muscle tone since I can't do weights for 8 weeks? I want to maintain my weight of 113 and not lose my muscle tone.  Is this much cardio good for me!  I love doing it!
