Hi Camaro, Unfortunately we all have different problem areas. However, your weight is currently below the recommended amount for your height so you do not want to cut calories. It sounds like you eat a healthy diet that is low in sugar and fat but high in lean meat, fruit and vegetables. And I would continue to eat those types of foods.   Increasing muscle mass takes time, since you have increased your weight to 145 pounds with weight training, you must be putting on muscle mass. Be patient, it often takes longer than we would like to see changes in our bodies. But keep up the good work and the results will come.   Good luck and good health. Heather Reese, MS, RD
