I eat 5 to 6 chicken wings (3X / week) that I buy frozen at store? Is that healthy? work out 5 times
I am on a workout mode (weights workout) - My diet is 4 to 5 chicken wings (3 times a week), with a either a plate of chicken lasanga, or meat macaroni, or pita bread for dinner.
For breakfast - I eat 1 egg w/ 2 wheat bread slices.
Is this healthy diet? If I want to loose some weight and put on muscle.
